I think we can all say that we are ready for some cool fall weather.... at least I am. There is nothing like having the windows open, football on TV, and soup simmering on the stove.  This is my absolute favorite time of year to celebrate all things cozy. Here's a peek at some of my fall favorites for cozying up this weekend:

:: After a summer that seemed to hang on forever, this cool weather is making me giddy.  Keeping with the theme of Staying In, you can usually find me cozied up on the couch with this mug, an embroidery kit, and this large faux fur blanket.

:: I read tons of books throughout the year and this fall, it’s no different. One of my favorite authors of all time released a new book this month – The Searcher. It should show up on my doorstep any day now.  But as I wait for that, I may give one of my old favorites from her, The Likeness, a reread. It is the perfect mix of fall vibes, mystery, and fantastic characters.  To see more of my book favorites, click here.

:: These fall candles from Olive and Pearl are making me so happy right now. I’m super sensitive to most candles, but not these!  They are made with coconut wax instead of soy and that is a game changer for me.  Right now I have the spiced cider one lit and it smells sooo good!

:: My family is having a moment with charcuterie boards… or as I like to call it - lazy parenting at its finest! This is my favorite mom hack to get my kids to eat their fruits and vegetables.  While we are all hanging out and watching football (but before the chips come out), I usually place a board of carrots, peppers, grapes, cheese, and apples in front of my girls.  I don’t say a word and just walk away.  More often than not, that board is devoured within minutes.

So there you have it.  That is how we are embracing fall around here.  As always, thanks so much for reading and have a fantastic weekend!
