We wholesale to brick-and-mortar stores within the United States and Canada. We do not offer wholesale to on-line only or pop-up stores at this time.
Resale is absolutely NOT permitted on third-party selling platforms like Amazon, Etsy, TikTok, Ebay, Ali-baba, Instagram, Facebook Marketplace or any other platform. Resale is only permitted in-person and/or on a retailer’s independent website. Please know that we take this very seriously.
Minimum Opening Order: $150 USD (before shipping costs)
Minimum Reorder: $50 USD (before shipping costs)
Case Pack Quantities: We do not require multiple quantities of the same SKU. If fact, we highly encourage you to mix-and-match embroidery kits so that you have a wide array of designs and colors that your customers can choose from.
Payments will be processed exclusively through our website or Faire.
Our fulfillment time for wholesale orders ranges from 1-5 business days. If your order requires special attention - like additional packaging or barcoding - that could extend our fulfillment time on your order.
If you need an order expedited, we are usually able to accommodate that—please email wholesale@andotheradventuresco.com to request expedited fulfillment.
We do not offer returns or exchanges on wholesale orders. If your order is damaged in transit or you received defective items, we are committed to replacing those so that you receive the entirety of your order in good condition. To have your order/items replaced, please email wholesale@andotheradventuresco.com with images of the damaged or defective items.
If you order through our Faire page, you may be able to make a return through Faire on your first order and should contact them directly: support@faire.com.
All items should be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Removing items from their original packaging may result in denial of future orders.
Retailers are permitted to use our product photography for their own websites and social media channels. If you choose to do this, we ask that you provide attribution to AOA for all social media channels (@andotheradventuresco on Instagram & TikTok and @andotheradventures on Facebook & Pinterest). Failure to provide attribution may result in denial of future orders and in some cases, filing DMCA copyright takedowns.
Photos may be downloaded directly from our website listings for use ONLY by our retailers. Retailer may use their own photos of the outside of the packaged box. However, we ask that retailers do NOT post any photos that show AOA's proprietary information such as: the fabric with the unstitched design, the instruction card, the floss color codes.
Please also note that failing to provide attribution can hurt both And Other Adventures and the retailer’s reputation. In the past, we have had online followers find AOA items on retailers’ social media pages and then message us to let us know that this retailer is stealing AOA designs or product photography. To avoid this, we ask for clear and visible attribution when using AOA product photography.
In order to protect our brand experience and copyright, we do NOT allow retailers to teach using our embroidery kits without expressed written permission.
