What is the turnaround time for embroidered wedding bouquets?

Processing time is currently at 8-10 weeks from time of order/photos being sent.

I really want to purchase a custom wedding bouquet, but the listing shows as out of stock. When will it be available again?

I open up a small number of custom wedding bouquet listings about once a month but they tend to sell out very quickly. So there are two ways to be "in the know" when those listings are available. First, be sure to follow me on Instagram (@andotheradventuresco) as I tend to notify everyone there ahead of time with the exact date and time.  Second, sign up for my newsletter as that is another place where I will start notifying everyone.

What do you need from me in order to recreate my bouquet?

  •  A clear photo of the bouquet in its entirety - this allows me to see shape
  • A close-up photo in natural light - this allows me to see exact colors, textures, and flowers
  • A photo or detailed description of the stem (ex. is it wrapped, does it have a bow, etc)

I would like to display my embroidered bouquet in a frame.  Can you do that?

Yes, I do that for a lot of brides.  Prior to purchase, send me a message telling me the dimension of the frame's display window and we can start our conversation from there.

Can you add my anniversary date, initials, etc to the embroidered bouquet?

Absolutely. Prior to purchase, send me a message telling me the text you would like and we can determine the best size to ensure that it all fits and looks great.

The product I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?

My products are handmade and often one-of-a-kind. I rarely have large quantities of any item.  But with that said, if you have a special request or question about one of my products, please do not hesitate to ask.

If I send you some of my clothing, will you embroider a design on it?

Unfortunately that is not a service that I offer at this time.

Can I use an image of your design as a pattern for my own work?

Please don't. Hand embroidery, as with all forms of art, is such a personal and soulful creation. Whether I am creating a wedding bouquet or embroidering something freeform, I spend days upon days dreaming up and stitching my designs.  And these designs are all fueled by things in my life that are unique and personal to me.  It is very disheartening when I see another person blatantly copying my designs, especially the wedding bouquets.  Each bouquet represent a bride's best day.  And to copy one of those designs is, in my mind, a form of stealing from the bride as well as me, the artist.

Now with that said, I understand the allure of being inspired by another artist's work. Therefore, I have purposely created a series of embroidery patterns that are available for purchase. I include instructions, color guides, and lots of tips so that you can create something that is special and personal to you.  So I leave you with this thought... look for inspiration everywhere, but always create something that is unique to you.

If I send you a photo of another artist's embroidery, can you recreate it for me?

No.  Please see the response to the question above.

Can I share your photos on my blog/instagram/pinterest/magazine/etc?

Please ask permission first. I do ask that you credit me in the article/caption/photo and provide proper tagging and a link back where applicable.

And under no circumstances are you allowed to use images of my work and claim them as your own or use my photos to promote your own work. I own the copyright to all photographs and content you see on this website as well as any of my social media platforms.

But seriously, just ask first.  It makes the conversation so much more fun and friendly and I'm all about collaborating with other creatives.
