Halloween Fun

It's my favorite time of year!!!  Halloween decorations are everywhere, The Great Pumpkin is on repeat, the smell of pumpkin spice is in the air, and magic seems to be swirling all around. My girls are at such fun ages and really getting into the spirit of things.  So much thought and anticipation has been put into dressing up, trick or treating, and the wonders of candy corn (corn? Is it a vegetable?). I kind of want to freeze time and have them stay this age forever. I love seeing all the magic through their eyes.

One of our favorite things to do is to spookify our house.  So of course, we are hanging up my floral bat embroidery hoop and putting out a few buffalo plaid pumpkins to get us in the Halloween spirit.

My girls are obsessed with these vinyl Halloween bats that we put up on our fireplace.  These bats get rearranged by little hands at least once a day.

And of course, it does not feel like Halloween until Jack shows up.  What are all the fun things you have planned for this Halloween season?  I can't believe our favorite season is finally here!  Eeek!!
