The calming power of creating

A little behind the scenes on this hoop... I've been in a bit of a creative rut the past few weeks.  So when I found myself with a few moments of quiet this past weekend, I allowed myself to just play.  I picked out my colors and just started stitching with no real plan in mind.  Therapeutic and calming, this project is starting to take shape and I'm loving it!  Plus, I'm inspired again and overflowing with ideas.  Always amazed by the power of creating and how good it is for the soul.
