Video Tutorial: How to embroider Satin Stitch

Satin Stitch is really just a series of straight stitches all lined up next to each other.  Sounds easy, right?  But this stitch is my nemesis... I don't know why but it is so hard for me.  I don't say that you dissuade you from using it - in fact, it is quite the opposite.  Instead I tell you this so that you know that I too struggle with many of the simplest stitches. 

Satin Stitch can be the easiest or hardest stitch of them all depending on your personality and if you have any perfectionist tendencies (guilty!).  But it is also a stitch where practice definitely helps.
