Instagram, you already know that I have jars of these bright zinnias scattered all over my house. These bright pops of color just make me so happy. And my favorite thing about zinnias is that the more you cut them, the more they bloom.

We just booked our beach trip for later this summer and I have ocean blues on the brain. There is something about the ocean that is just so good for my soul.
I have to eat paleo due to some autoimmune issues, which means no grains, no dairy, and no beans. And even though I have been eating this way for over 5 years, paleo desserts are notoriously bad. And then when you add in that I am more of a cook than a baker, well let's just say
this cookbook all about whole food, grain free desserts is an answer to a prayer. We have tried about 5 of the recipes so far. They have all been fantastic, but the lemon bars are out of this world! Like eating sunshine.
