Worth the wait

Keeping secrets is definitely the hardest part of my job when it comes to wedding bouquets.  From the moment the email shows up in my inbox to the moment of reveal, I'm swept up in a covert operation that I take very seriously. Because heaven knows, I refuse to be the one responsible for ruining the surprise. 

This bouquet right here fell into that category and it tested my patience in all the right ways.  So here's the backstory.  The husband reached out to me last summer and asked me to create this breathtaking bouquet to be given as gift to his wife on their first anniversary... that was 7 months away at the time.  Can you believe how ahead of the game he was?!  I was impressed.

As determined as I was to keep this under wraps, it was really hard because I wanted to show it off to everyone!  Seriously, look how gorgeous it is. But I was good and kept my promise.  I shipped off this glorious bouquet last fall and then waited.  And waited. And waited some more. 

And now I have finally received the go-ahead to reveal!!!  Isn't she stunning?
